And wow, was this one of them.
Jade and Matt’s destination wedding was nothing short of a fairy tale and serves as an absolute gold mine of wedding inspiration for those planning a luxury wedding. Every last thoughtful detail executed to perfection resulting in an iconic Italian villa wedding of dreams and quite possibly, my favourite wedding day yet.
The Venue and Ceremony
Overlooking the forever-timeless skyline of Rome, Jade and Matt exchanged vows in the picture-perfect gardens of Villa Miani, a wedding venue that epitomises both opulence and romance. Nestled within its grounds are myriad stunning settings - from intimate private chambers to a sprawling open-air terrace, magical gardens and magnificent halls, all offering a breathtaking setting for their special day.
Basically, a wedding photographer's definition of heaven.
The ceremony itself unfolded at the gates of the villa, adorned with an array of breathtaking floral installations that created an epic scene against the backdrop of endless greenery and soft white hues.

The Dress
Truly embracing luxury, Jade decided to personalise two wedding dresses to match the vibe of her day perfectly - completely bespoke and totally unique. The first, a Milla Nova gown, had a fabulously effortless feel, while the second, a stunning Berta gown, was turned into a backless dream, adding even more charm to her bridal look.
Jade's discerning taste extended beyond her wedding dresses - the veil, simple yet elegant, effortlessly elevated Jade’s timeless bridal hairstyle and echoed the editorial style that characterised every detail of the day. With each step, Jade exuded a statement, radiating the precise elegance that graces the pages of Vogue.
The Styling
I live for the intricate details of a wedding day, both the grand and the subtle, that bring everything together and seamlessly share the parts that make a couple whole. Every aspect of Jade and Matt's wedding was meticulously curated to perfection. From the coordinated wedding party dressed in stunning monochrome attire to the flower arrangements overflowing with pastel gorgeousness, adorning every corner of the venue, to the flickering candles illuminating the lavish tablescape, no detail was overlooked. Each element transported guests into their own editorial-worthy experience, enveloping them in a world, Jade and Matt’s world, of beauty and romance.
The Shot List
Behind every grand-scale luxury wedding is a meticulously crafted shot list, guaranteeing that every magical moment is captured with precision. Balancing between candid shots and gently guiding the couple preserves the authenticity and emotion of the day and I made sure every photograph in their final wedding gallery told the story of Jade and Matt's love in the most enchanting way possible.
The portraits, shot in a mixture of classic poses and candid moments, showcased the dress's intricate details, Jade's radiant smile and the look on Matt’s face that literally read, “I’m the luckiest man in the world.”
